We ask that you please share rides with friends and family, since the area is small and may get crowded as people come and go.

There is parking along one side of Fisher Road – the same side as the Grange.  You can also park at Alderbrook Farm, the Historical  Society,  Salt Marsh Pottery, the Russells Mills Landing and other locations.

On the day of the event, helpers  will  direct you to places to park and you can check here for updated information.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is organizing this?

The event is being organized by a few friends and neighbors of Alderbrook Farm.  Would you like to help?   Email us: welovealderbrook@gmail.com

Is it a surprise party?

No. The Manleys have approved all of the arrangements and are delighted this is happening!

Are children welcome?

Of course, isn’t that what Alderbrook Farm is all about? Just be sure they're under adult supervision.

How can I show the Manleys my appreciation?

At the event, there will be an album and stationery for writing messages. You can also bring letters, photos, artwork, etc. for the album. Those wishing to honor the Manleys with donations can contribute to one of their favorites charities, below.

I can't attend!  What do I do?

Stop by before the farm stand closes at year's end. You can also write the Manleys at Alderbrook Farm, 1213 Russells Mills Rd,  Dartmouth, MA 02748

If you'd like to honor the Manleys with a donation, you can contribute to:

the Dartmouth Grange

the Dartmouth Historical and Arts Society

or the Shriners Burn Unit.

Donations can made directly or at the event, where a collection box will be available for checks.

Helpful guidance from the Dartmouth Grange:

If you want to be sure the Manleys know of your contribution, it’s fine to mention it in person, in a note, or in the memo section of your check or paypal transaction: “We show our gratitude to the Manleys with this  contribution.”  It's preferred to include your mailing or e-mail address for acknowledgement.
